It's a card whose image is deceptively straightforward — there is a lot of symbolism here, in both the RWS and the Thoth. We start with a discussion of the mysterious moons on the Charioteer's shoulders, how they might relate to the divination of black and white, and how the Charioteer is connected to the Magician.
